Ramadan 1448 AH is expected to start on the evening of 7 February 2027. Work back from that date and the ordering window for this season is already open — here is the timeline we build production around.
Working back from the first fast
Seven steps, in the order they have to happen. Each one is a real " deadline on our side or yours — nothing here is padding.
April – June 2027 range launched
New season designs are ready after the April Canton Fair. If you want first pick of a design before it is widely sold, this is when to ask for the range.
June – August · Enquiry window
Send your item list, quantities and destination. This is the quiet period for us, which is exactly why quotations come back fastest now — and why the good slots in the production plan are still open.
August · Order placement
Orders placed in August are what the autumn production plan is built around. Production starts when the deposit is received and the artwork is approved — not when the enquiry arrives.
September – November · Production and shipping
About 40 days of production per order, plus about a week to book the container. Sampling, if you need it, runs 10 days before that and sits outside the 40.
December · Last containers leave
The cut-off for a container order is the end of December. After that the goods cannot clear and reach the shelf in time.
Early January · Arrival and customs
Containers arrive through early to mid January. Allow your own customs and inland leg on top of the sailing time from Yiwu.
Mid January · On shelf
Retailers want the range displayed with roughly three weeks of selling before the first fast. Ramadan 1448 AH is expected to begin on the evening of 7 February 2027, with Eid al-Fitr around 9–10 March 2027.
What starts the clock
Sampling — 10 days
A stock sample goes out within 10 days of the request. Custom samples follow the artwork schedule. This does not come out of the 40 days — it runs before the clock starts.
Production — 40 days
Roughly 40 days from the day the deposit is received and the artwork is approved. Those two things start the clock; the enquiry date does not.
Booking — about a week
Space is booked about a week ahead, longer in peak season. December is peak, so the later the order lands, the less the shipping date is yours to choose.
The December cut-off
The line that matters: a container order has to leave by the end of December to land in early January with time to clear customs and reach the shelf before 7 February. Orders that miss it usually move to the following season rather than arrive late — a Ramadan display that shows up in the second week of the month has lost most of its selling days.
Smaller stock orders are not bound by the container cut-off, because they do not wait for a production run. Stock moves constantly, so availability is confirmed when you enquire rather than being listed on the site — see wholesale terms for the two buying routes.
Ordering calendar — questions buyers ask
Is it too late to order for Ramadan 2027?
No — as long as the order is placed in time to leave Yiwu by the end of December. The earlier it lands the more production slots are open, so the answer changes month by month rather than being a fixed date.
Why do you need the order in August for a February season?
Because about 40 days of production plus roughly a week of booking sits between your order and the container leaving — and because every importer in this category is trying to book the same autumn slots.
Does sampling delay the order?
No. Sampling is 10 days and it sits outside the 40-day production window. It delays the order only if the artwork is still changing when production would otherwise start.
Can we order later for the retail season?
Retail-led orders are not bound by the December container cut-off — tell us the date you need the goods and we will say what is achievable rather than take an order we cannot hold.
