Hilal Decor is a Yiwu-based supplier focused entirely on Ramadan and Eid decorations. We have been working in this one category for years.
We run our own production lines for our core ranges — bunting, banners and paper ornaments — which is where we control cost, quality and lead time most tightly. For the rest of the range we work with a small, long-standing group of audited factories we have shipped with for years.

How do I place an order?
Send us an inquiry with the items and quantities you are considering — use the inquiry list on any product page, or email [email protected]. We reply with a quotation and lead time. After a sample or artwork confirmation and your deposit, we schedule production, then arrange inspection and shipping.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimums are set per item, and they can be reached by combining categories within one order rather than per product. Tell us your target quantity and we will tell you what is workable.
Can I mix categories in one order?
Yes — that is the main reason buyers consolidate with us. Lanterns, bunting, tableware, gift boxes and balloons can ship in the same container.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes. Custom colours, sizes, logos and retail packaging. Send artwork, or our team can develop a design against your brief.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Typically a deposit with the balance against shipping documents; exact terms are confirmed on the quotation. We handle export documentation and container loading.
Can you send samples?
Stock samples are available, and pre-production samples are made for OEM orders. Sample arrangements are quoted with your inquiry.
Are your products tested?
Testing is arranged to the standards your market requires — EN 71, REACH, LFGB, FDA and others. It is not feasible to hold current reports for every item in the range, so we confirm which standards apply to the items you select and arrange testing accordingly. Testing fees are quoted separately and are not included in the product price.
